Mieir-King Services- This site offers information and several products related to iron palm training and Chinese herbs. Fairly inexpensive, but rather good booklets for sale.

Iron Palm Kung Fu- This site offers more information on iron palm training, including aspects of Sup Bat Mo Jung Pai (18 Daoist Palms). Some very nice breaks in movieclip (realmedia) format.

Combined Martial Arts Academy- This is a great school in Jackson Heights, NY. It offers training in traditional martial arts, as well as muay thai, submission fighting, boxing, and so forth.You may have seen their ad in Full Contact Fighter.

Tsunami Karate - Tough, hard fighting Isshin-Ryu karate school located in New Jersey.

Chinese Hawaiian Kenpo Academy- Chinese Hawaiian Kenpo Academy is a New York City based school under the direction of 9th dan Sifu Jack Shamburger, training is in Chinese Hawaiian Kenpo and Thai Kickboxing.

Shane Varney's Karate School- The web site for Shane Varney's Karate, where they teach a Tae Kwon Do based style.

Karate-Jutsu Training Center- Moscow based school of combat effective karate.

Praying Mantis Kung Fu- This is Sifu John Newberry's site and features Praying Mantis Kung Fu. Sifu Newberry is certified Master of Iron Palm under the Iron Palm International Organization.

International Sosuishitsu-Ryu Association- The home page for this association with a branch in NYC.

Bow Law Kung Fu Association- This is the homepage for a NYC based kung fu school, teaching such styles as Shaolin Black Tiger and Hung Gar.

East York Hapkido-Karate Club- The official homepage for the East York Hapkido-Karate Club. Includes history of Hapkido.

Alan Lee's Kung Fu Wusu Temple- This is a NYC based nonprofit organization. Grandmaster Lee is a very well respected teacher of kung fu and his school has been around for a very long time. Grandmaster Lee originally took over for his student, Mr. James Cheatham (an excellent teacher of karate), back in the 1960's.

Ashihara Karate- Anyone interested in Ashihara Karate should visit this very well set up site.

Hill Country Karate- The "unofficial" site for the Hill Country Karate School. This school is based in Texas, where everything is bigger and badder. According to my friend Rikesh, who happens to live there (also found breaking on my site), even the bricks are bigger.

American Uechi-ryu Forum- This is a site on Uechi-ryu karate. It has a lot of areas to explore with a nice section on conventional as well as some some unconventional conditioning methods.
